THE COWBOY ANGELS pay tribute to the vision and musical legacy
of the late great GRAM PARSONS, who died 33 years ago last year. They live in Antwerp, Belgium and
consist of members and ex-members of THE SEATSNIFFERS (rootsmeisters in their own right; also the
European backing band for the likes of Wanda Jackson, Barrence Whitfield and Jason Ringenberg),
REEF RIDER, CHITLIN' FOOKS, MOTHERLODE, HUMMINGBIRD, GREENHOUSE, FLIP KOWLIER and THE BELIEVERS.
Together they explore the wonderful world of roots music, countrysoul, psychedelic pop, folk,
gospel and transcendental rock 'n' roll, with a focus on vocal harmonies. |
